** BALLOON REFUND POLICY **
Once balloons have been collected from our store, we will deem this as the balloons are accepted in the condition they left us. We will always ask if you are happy with your order. No refunds will be issued and it is your responsibility for the balloons once they are collected. We are not liable if balloons are stored incorrectly and have suffered deflation. The only time a credit will be issued is if the balloon is faulty - in this rare circumstance we will replace the balloon in the first instance otherwise a credit for our shop will be offered. 
Please keep your balloons stored at room temperature. Do not leave them overnight in garages or cars. Do not store near open windows or sharp objects. By ordering a balloon from us you are agreeing to our balloon policy. We no longer accept big orders for funerals (letting go of balloons in remembrance) or offer a helium fill service for third party balloons -apologies for any inconvenience. 
*Helium expands in the heat and decreases in the cold - please bare this in mind when collecting.
